Children naturally dive deep into the things that fascinate them—whether it's dinosaurs, pirates, horses, outer space, insects, castles, cooking, trains, or hundreds of other interests. Instead of fighting that curiosity, why not use it as the foundation for learning?

This page is designed to help provide ideas for weaving traditional subjects into topics your child already loves. You'll find suggestions for incorporating math, science, reading, writing, history, geography, art, critical thinking, and hands-on projects in ways that feel engaging and meaningful rather than forced.

These ideas are meant to spark your own creativity. It will be a continuous work-in-progress, where I will add ideas as they come to me, to then share with you. Things like book recommendations, hands-on activities, experiments or projects, educational videos and websites, games, field trips, supply recommendations, conversation starters and so on.

Think of each Unit Study as a toolbox—not a checklist. Take the ideas that fit your family, ignore the ones that don't, and let your child's curiosity guide the journey.
